A round of career-making songwriters and artists! Recent Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Alger wrote some of Garth Brooks’ biggest hits: The Thunder Rolls, Unanswered Prayers, That Summer, What She’s Doing Now. Arata also contributed The Dance to Garth’s catalogue, as well as Here I Am, Holding My Own, Sing You Back To Me, The Change for other artists. Vezner scored a Grammy for writing the Kathy Mattea hit Where’ve You Been. He also penned: Whole Lotta Holes, A Few Good Things Remain, Then What. Fuller has had quite a career – he co-founded Pure Prairie League, wrote their monster Aime and was at one time or another in both American Flyer and Little Feat. Without these guys, the face of Country music would look a lot different than it does today.
