Recorded in the Famous Blackbird Studio, Singer/Songwriter Megan Moreaux released her first EP on September 2nd with a show at the Music City Tippler. Featuring such artists as Carolyn Dawn Johnson and Steve Lester, this County Album has a soulful core that will transport you to a time when country music was more than just beers and trucks.
Megan Moreaux is a California country girl. Born in Monterey, California, Megan found country music as an escape from her traumatic childhood. A Mom who left her at an early age and a father who sold drugs for a living, Megan found solace with her Aunt who introduced her to country music. As Megan began to focus on her music she met the Drew Davis band, who recognized her talent and took her under their wings. After troubles in California made it clear she had to leave, she moved to Nashville full time where she is wowing crowds at shows with her amazing vocal range and continuing to write with some of the Industries top writers. Including Jennifer Adan, Mitch Allen, Kritsti Osmunson from Bomshel, Johnny Garcia, Will Rambeaux, Drew Davis, Karleen Watt, Beau Fuller, Monica Spendlove, Dan Franklin, Jaeson Ma, and numerous others.
