This panel will provide specific knowledge about how social media can help stations build brand loyalty, ratings and a sense of community. This will be accomplished through online demonstrations and idea-driven discussions on how social media works, including texting attributes, to drive station listening. Examples of what consumers respond to, what planning and resources are required, and how to develop creative partnerships with sponsors and artists, using mobile applications and interfacing with the sales department will be highlighted.
