The Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization founded in 1969 by Tom McEntee. CRB is the principal entity that brings Country radio together with the Country music industry for learning opportunities that promote growth. Each year, the CRB advances the knowledge of thousands of professionals who partcipate in our live events, as well as additional thousands who visit our website.

All major radio groups, both Country music trade organizations, all three music licensing organizations, as well as independent industry professionals are involved in CRB activities.

The CRB is not a membership organization, and so, therefore does not collect dues. It relies on proceeds from its' initiatives for funding. The CRB accepts donations, which can be directed for a specific purpose, such as the Country Music Disc Jockey and Radio Hall of Fame, or the CRB Scholarship Fund.

The Country Radio Seminar (CRS)
One of the largest media gatherings of any kind, each spring this Nashville convention and trade show brings together nearly 1,000 delegates from Country Radio with 1,000 music industry professionals for three days of "growth through sharing." Radio attendees include Program Directors, General Managers, Promotion Managers, Sales Executives and Air Talent.
