Online social network and country lifestyle portal Digital Rodeo announces special guest host, Bryan White for their September DRX Artist Showcase. The show will be streamed live and can be viewed at: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/digitalrodeox-live.
“Since the very beginning, Digital Rodeo has been committed to helping promote independent artists and remain a trusted partner in this business,” said Digital Rodeo President, John Pyne. “This is going to be an exciting event and will be full of great talent!”
The DRX monthly showcases will highlight some of the platform’s most promising Country artists and will help to promote some of the website's featured Independent Artists. The September DRX showcase will feature Stephanie Quayle, J Michael Harter, Craig Morrison, Chad Pfeifer and Maddie Deneault.
Music industry representatives that RSVP in advance to [email protected] will be offered a limited number of complimentary drinks during the event. DRX Members/Fans who RSVP are entered for special prizes (must be present to win).
About Bryan White: One thing White never tires of mentioning is the day he heard the music of his musical mentor, Steve Wariner. “People talk about defining moments. For me, this was definitely one of them. I heard Steve’s voice and I immediately gravitated toward his tone and phrasing. I knew right then, at the age of fourteen, what I wanted to do with my life.” Fresh out of high school, White says he packed up his guitar, drum sticks, angst, dreams, and five hundred dollars that his family gave him and headed to Nashville to pursue a career in country music.
The move proved to be beneficial. He charted seventeen singles on Billboard’s Country Charts, had six number one singles, two platinum records, two gold records, he joined forces with Shania Twain and together they took “From This Moment On” all the way up to number four on Billboard’s Hot 100 Chart. He has garnered several awards for himself, including a Grammy, a CMA Horizon Award, and an ACM Top Male Vocalist award among them. And, with his songwriting, he helped several other artists climb the charts; Sawyer Brown and Diamond Rio both made it to the top five slot with songs co-written by White. He’s also had song recorded by Wynonna, Joe Diffie, LeAnn Rimes, Lila McCann, Jackie Lee, Love and Theft, just to name a few. The accolades led him to various TV appearances such as “The Tonight Show,” “Late Night with David Letterman,” NBC’s “The Today Show,” and “CBS This Morning.” However, despite all of his musical successes, it is an award from outside of the music arena that is probably the best indicator of who White really is; People Magazine named him one of their “50 most beautiful people” in the world and everyone who knows him finds it easy to understand why.

When asked what he hopes to accomplish with this new album, Bryan smiles and says, “I’ve already swung the bat hard and put the ball out of the park. I have nothing left to prove, but I have a lot more to say.” White is sure to once again make a huge impact with his voice coupled with great songs full of heart and honesty. Just ask Stephanie Quayle. Growing up on a farm in Bozeman, Montana, Stephanie always loved music and dreamed of a becoming a country singer. But it was the events that transpired on another continent that brought her to Nashville and to the career that unfolded with the release of her EP, Stand Back.
An active You Tube, Twitter and Facebook user, Stephanie has built an enthusiastic fan base around the world. Her international appeal was broadened in 2012 when she performed and signed autographs at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville. In 2013, Stephanie returned to the sellout event to showcase her talent on the Transitions Stage and visit with hundreds of fans at an after-show meet’n’greet.

It takes more than a pleasing voice, the personality to engage a crowd and the energy to bring an audience to their feet to be a great entertainer. It also takes tenacity, hard work, determination and knowing that, above all else, music is your destiny. At the tender age of 13, J. Michael Harter knew he was born to be a musician. He picked up a Yamaha electric guitar he received that year for Christmas and would almost never put it down. It wasn’t too long until he’d start using his grandfather’s big body Guild acoustic. It was also around this time that he would watch the careers of some of his greatest influences unfold, such as Garth Brooks, George Strait, Clint Black and Alan Jackson.
“I can’t imagine doing anything else,” Harter says with a smile. He says with a breath of promise, “I am striving to be part of the pendulum swinging the other way to lyrically driven songs that would make you cry, laugh, or make you remember something that touches your heart.

Bridging the physical and musical expanse between Sydney, Australia, and Music City USA is no small feat for a Country singer. Over the years, plenty of aspiring stars have taken that leap of faith to follow their dreams, packing up and moving to Nashville from halfway around the world. Aussie Country singer Craig Morrison has managed to cultivate a successful career at opposite ends of the globe, however.
